The Mechanic Full Movie Review:
A run-of-the mill late Jason Statham outing, in spite of the fact that there’s less activity in any case than you could expect having seen the trailer. The Repairman is a remake of an old Charlie Bronson flick about a contract killer who takes on a youthful student and the capers that they consequently embrace. After a long period of jokey activity with stars conveying many jokes, it is very satisfying to see a film take a more serious tone than most, with Statham gruffer than expected and barely any open doors for humor in the content.
